Moments

I've spent my entire life looking forward moments.

The moments when you're the first one on the playground to get picked to play kickball.
The moment you anticipate when you get asked out on your first date.
The moment of your first kiss.
The moment of satisfaction after winning a gold medal.
The moment when you open your college acceptance papers saying that you got into BYU with a scholarship.
The moment you finally score over a 90% on a test and get a "Way to go!" or "Good job!" next to your score on the Testing Center's TV screen.
The moment when he tells you that he loves you for the first time.
The moment when he kneels down on a snow-covered sidewalk, pulls out the black box containing the most important jewelry of your life and tells you that he wants to spend the rest of forever with you.
The moment of getting my endowment at the temple with the people I love most surrounding me.
But even after experiencing all of those moments first-handed, the moment that I have looked forward to the most in the past few months has been the one where I will be sealed for time and all eternity to the one that I love more than anything and anyone in the entire world.
I look forward to all of the other moments that we will share together, T.

I love you.
