I made delicious food for a Bridal Shower
Shopped for the Bridal Shower
Went to the Bridal Shower
Talked with great friends
Planned a weeks worth of first grade lessons
Studied for one test
Created a 30 minute presentation
Completed all of my Tuesday night H.W. and quizzes
Went to a missionary homecoming
Went bridesmaid shopping with Myst
Finally went running for the first time in ages
Had a mental breakdown
Had dinner with Grandma and Grandpa Kussee
Planned and taught a rockin' primary lesson
Studied for my Children's Lit final (which will be done by this time tomorrow)
and still had time to watch a movie with T

And that's just the beginning of this week...

TWS

Teacher Work Sample

Three words that I will be happy to never hear again.
It's basically my senior project so I can graduate.
It's also a bunch of total nonsense.
65 pages to be exact.

It's also turned in.
Do you know how happy I am?!

Now I just need to finish up the remainder of my independent study classes and then it's smooth sailing 'til graduation- With the exception of the 1st grade student teaching experience starting on Monday. I won't even remind you of the horror stories of last March. We'll just pray for the best during this experience and hope I survive.

Bring it on.

On the Seventh Day of Christmas BYU gave to me...

7 resources due for a research paper.

I'm technically supposed to be doing research for my research paper right now.
Supposed to.

I've been looking up articles and journals and the whole shebang for the past two hours.
I'm not even really sure what I want to write my paper on yet.
I think it'll be something to do with students and technology.
I think.

The only thing that is keeping from throwing this whole paper out the window and going to do something fun over my Christmas break is knowing that I won't have to be doing this English 313 class during my student teaching.
Sigh.

My goal is to finish an entire independent study class over Christmas break.
Crazy?
Yes.
Do-able?
Most definitely.
And because every good blog post needs a picture...

All I have to say is thank goodness for such a wonderful husband who is supporting me through all of this craziness.

I love him.
